In the beginning there is an idea. The idea of our client, our loved ones, or one of us. We gladly accept new projects from everyone, and as long as a given item can be made of wood in an ecological way, we will be happy to undertake:
- design/help in designing prototypes,
- production planning
- distribution and sales
We are open to all forms of cooperation, if you have any questions, please contact us!

Conceptual design
Design is done in 2D and 3D. Using parametric design software tools, we can generate geometry with very high levels of complexity. Before prototyping, we offer photorealistic visualizations of each object.
Execution design
Immediately after confirming the correctness of the conceptual design, we begin the executive design stage using the rapid prototyping methodology. Thanks to milling machines and numerically controlled lasers, we can quickly create from several to a dozen prototypes in various variants. By observing the production process and testing on physical models:
- we improve the functionality of the project
- if intended for mass production, we optimize the production process
Execution
Milling (material machining) allows you to cut out elements of any shape and scratch the pattern of each plane separately. Engraving is also available to the customer, allowing the creation of inscriptions, logos, invoices and patterns.
Materials
We only use wood supplied with a certificate of origin. You can read more about this in our environmental policy.
Post-production
All elements are finished by hand, which allows for detailed quality control. For impregnation, we use ecological and easy-to-apply natural oils. You can read more in our environmental policy here. Natural oils provide protection against the harmful effects of moisture, the formation of mold and fungi, and UV radiation. Unlike other popular wood impregnating agents, such as paints, varnishes or varnish stains, wood oils do not create an additional protective coating on the protected surface. Instead, they penetrate deep into the structure of the wood, strengthening it and increasing its ability to regenerate. Oil particles adhere tightly to the protected surface, preventing water absorption. The lack of a synthetic coating that blocks pores allows the wood to breathe freely and evaporate moisture.
Laser
The laser allows to cut, engrave and burn all kinds of inscriptions and graphics on a wide range of materials. The biggest advantages of using a laser are cutting quality, production time and freedom in shaping paths. During laser engraving, the material is heated so strongly by the laser beam that - depending on the exposure time - the color changes and contrast is created, or the material evaporates and burns. The resulting laser engraving is durable and very resistant to abrasion. An additional advantage is the fact that we do not use any chemicals, such as paints or toners.
