1. What warranty do I have for the product?
Under the warranty, Woodthing undertakes to replace or repair your purchase for 24 months from the date of delivery of the Goods. You can report your wish to take advantage of the warranty in any written form; for your convenience, we have attached a link to the warranty form below:
2. Are shipping costs included?
No, the prices on the website only indicate the price of the product itself. The total price, including shipping costs, is displayed at the end of the ordering process.
3. How to care for wood?
The recommended method of impregnation of our products is oiling. The oil penetrates deep into the wood and does not clog the pores, which allows it to breathe freely while protecting it against moisture. Wood does not electrify and attracts less dust. Another advantage of oiled wood is its resistance to damage and the ability to regenerate. Scratches on the wooden surface do not change their color, and the wood swells in small gaps, which allows the scratches to be filled. Some products require more frequent maintenance.
Oiling should be repeated when traces of use become visible or when it loses its original appearance.
Our products are oiled with 100% pure tung oil. It is a natural product derived from the tung tree seed extract. Non-toxic - also approved for use in products that come into contact with food.
4. What types of wood can I order products in?
We currently sell our products made of oak. In the future, we will also offer other types of wood, currently available on special order.
5. Can I order a personalized project?
Yes. It is possible to order a product in a wood species other than those listed on the website, as well as to prepare a special engraving with any logo. 6. What are the advantages of using wood in interiors?
Wood is a material that introduces natural warmth to any interior. Moreover, if the wood is properly oiled, it can introduce a relaxing forest scent into the rooms. Surfaces covered with wood have better acoustic parameters. From an aesthetic perspective, wood is a noble material and its use in interiors is timeless.
7. Why are Woodthing products good for the environment?
Wood is a natural storehouse of CO2 recovered from the air. The longer we use items made of wood, the longer the CO2 stored in them is not released back into the atmosphere. Woodthing is looking for projects made of wood that will be useful and aesthetic. We believe that these properties of our products will allow CO2 to be trapped for as long as possible in a form that does not accelerate global warming. And the more such products there are in our everyday lives, the less CO2 there will be in the atmosphere of our planet.

8. Are Woodthing products vegan?
Yes. Tung oil used for impregnation is of plant origin and is classified as a vegan product.
